I find the craziest people in Chicago... Seriously, they will wear ANYTHING. And when I say anything, I do mean anything. 

The other day I caught a guy who looked about 30, riding a bike with PINK STREAMERS.... first of all, I am probably the only one who noticed, since that is considered "normal" here.... but then he had a bright ass shirt with little man-shorts, and an animal-skin backpack over his shoulders.  Tail and all.
